RK Centers has purchased RK Sage Plaza (800 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL) and RK Sans Souci Plaza (2170 NE 123rd Street, North Miami, FL).

RK Sage Plaza is located on the very busy Hallandale Beach Blvd., the main east/west corridor in the trade area, and it is anchored by Sage Bagel & Deli, which has been a landmark in the community for almost 40 years. The shopping center’s position within the market makes it an extremely attractive opportunity for retailers. The center’s proximity to RK Diplomat Shopping Center, RK Publix Plaza, and The Village at Gulfstream Park puts Sage Plaza at the epicenter of the retail market.

Raanan Katz first arrived in the United States in his early twenties with a reputation as an excellent outside shooter on the Israeli National Basketball Team.
